Hello everyone,
As we establish our course routine this semester, here is a detailed list of what to complete before our next Zoom session on Thursday, September 1 at 10:15 AM ET.
When using Moodle, you should complete all the items listed under Instructional Materials before the first Active Learning session (Thursday) of each Module.
Let’s look at Module 1 as an example. Check out this screen shot of Module 1 Instructional Materials:

Under the blue banner labeled “Instructional Materials” follow the instructions written in bold text: “Complete all items under Instructional Materials before our synchronous Zoom session on Thursday 9/1 at 10:15 am.”
Items to complete includes:
- You already attended the Zoom Lab Zoom session; but if you missed it, the slides and recordings are available for you to catch up or review again if you wish.
- Read Book 1 and complete Scaffolded Notes 1 along with it. Then turn it into the submission portal.
- Read the Electronic Graveyard case study.
- (The slides to tomorrow’s active Learning Session will be posted here as well after 11:30 AM ET)
Then, you will need to complete all the items listed under the Learning Activities and Assessments section before 5 PM on Friday.
