As mentioned in class, we want all of you to grow as scholars and teammates. Reflection and feedback are essential activities in the process of improvement. Furthermore, you have all accomplished a lot in this course, and we want you to document and use it for jobs, internships, and courses. Please consider completing the optional E-CURE reflection. There will be a final reflection at the end of the semester.

Then, log back in to provide feedback to other team members to improve their development as leaders. We can all lead in different ways! We will spend time reflecting on teamwork next week, too.
