Review Feedback and Prepare for PCR Cleanup

We have updated the grade book with Active Learning Session grades for in-class participation/attendance and completion of Learn Gala cases (Electronic Graveyard and Tech vs. Trashcans). Please review your grades.

After today, we will enter participation for the first four modules on Project Leadership. Please provide helpful feedback and reflect on your team performance. The goal is to encourage you to take on new tasks with your team and develop new skills while reflecting on your collaborative work.

In preparation for lab tomorrow, we have set up the PCR reactions, and you will clean up and prepare the DNA for Sanger sequencing. Review the protocol before coming to lab.
