KBase Narratives and Group Project

As we prepare for our final lab session, please review the KBase narrative you are working on and launch the next job. Once you have finished assembling your sequences, read the narrative and launch a tool to annotate your assembly. You can select and try an app that annotates your assembled sequences from the Apps menu (“contigs”). 

Work with your group to coordinate so that you can focus on writing the sections of your narrative and final submission. Review the rubric here.
