Lab tomorrow: DNA extractions!

We hope you enjoyed the Wellness day! 

We have an exciting session tomorrow: we will grow your bacterial isolates in liquid culture and have them ready for you to extract DNA. We will then use this DNA to sequence and learn about the genomes of your organisms.

Please review the protocol for tomorrow carefully, as we want to be efficient and careful!

This week

• Complete Book 3 with its accompanying Scaffolded Notes before our session on Thursday, 2/13
• Milestone 2 of your Public Science Project is due 2/14 by 5 PM.
• Work on other Module 3 assignments due the following week (see below). We do not recommend leaving them all for the second week: work on them as it fits in your schedule.
• Complete all Module 3 Learning Activities and Assessments before 2/14 5 PM.

  • Quiz 3
  • How We Argue Lessons 4-5
  • One Ethical reasoning case study on a topic of your choosing
