Team Project Draft Updates
We appreciate your hard work on the group projects! We are excited to learn more about the microbes you are working on! PCR and sequencing of the 16S gene and whole genome sequencing will help us reveal the identity of your microbes. Please remember the experiment we are doing:
Four feeding tubes were dissected from wild wax worms provided by North Carolina beekeepers. Wax worms were dissected, and four feeding tubes were placed in minimal M9 media (50 ml) with a 1-inch ethanol-sterilized printed circuit board from NC State e-waste.
Carefully review the group project draft feedback; we will exchange drafts on Thursday! If you have additional changes to incorporate before peer review, please update your submission. We encourage you to incorporate the suggestions we made this weekend.
